Our background
We formed after many years of experience both of working in end client organisations as well as in consulting firms.
Our managing directors have held senior leadership positions where they have had to conceive of and drive foundational transformations in their organisations. We deliberately infuse learnings from these experiences at the sharp end of delivering sustainable change into how we support our clients.
* Our team members are either fully qualified Chartered Management Consultants (ChMC) or are working towards completion of this platinum global standard of consulting quality. Consequently, our ways of partnering, as well as how we run our company, align to the ethical and quality standards required by the ChMC award and its parent bodies: the Chartered Management Institute and the Management Consultancies Association.
